Who We Are
Since 1965, EL ARCA has provided essential services to the developmentally disabled population of Greater Los Angeles. Only with your support we will continue to maintain a compassionate, loving environment where skills are improved and abilities are honed in order to bring about a better quality of life for our community and their families.
