Adult Development Center

The Adult Development Center (ADC) provides basic life skills training to adults with mild to moderate intellectual and developmental disabilities, including socialization, special education, motor development, community integration, pre-vocational training, recreation and leisure skills.

The main skills that are the focus of the ADC program are:

  • Grooming
  • Mobility skills
  • Safety concepts
  • Basic academics
  • Personal identification skills
  • Fine motor skills
  • Attention and completion to task
  • Basic vocational skills.
