In order to facilitate and maximize its core programs, EL ARCA offers key services which are geared to enabling participant accessibility and providing support to participants’ families.  These services have become indispensable to the success of EL ARCA’s goals and mission with the vast majority of participants dependent on them.  In essence, these services are nearly as invaluable as the core programs they bring within reach.
